A Word From Fr. Luke Fodor

Father Bernard's exists as another vehicle for the Church to achieve its mission in the world: to change our community for the better by creating a culture of connection. Our partnership with the Mental Health Association of Chautauqua County happened naturally through connections with parishioners at St. Luke's, where we equip people to Connect, Discover, Serve, and Grow.

I'm excited to bring people together to continue developing this project and have big dreams for the future of Father Bernard's. I'm grateful for the people brought together by this project, and for the opportunity to provide another way that St. Luke's can change our community for the better. As we say in the recovery community, the opposite of addiction is connection. As we provide connection for others within the Church, we make each other better. This is the goal of both St. Luke's and Father Bernard's, and I can't wait to see what we can do together.
